Digital Products and Courses

• Upon successful payment, access to digital products and online courses is typically granted immediately via email or through your account dashboard.

Live Coaching & Virtual Events

• Details for live coaching sessions or virtual events (Zoom link, schedule, etc.) are delivered to the email address provided during checkout.
• Access is typically granted within 24 hours after purchase or as per the event schedule.

2. Refund Policy

We take pride in the value we deliver. However, we understand that our offerings may not be the right fit for everyone.

Digital Products

• All sales of digital products (eBooks, courses, workbooks) are final and non-refundable.
• Since digital content is delivered immediately, we cannot offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Coaching Sessions & Live Programs

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session.
• If a refund is granted, a 10% processing fee may be deducted from the original payment.
• No refunds will be issued after the program begins or if the participant does not attend.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty.
• Missed sessions without notice may be considered forfeited and are non-refundable.
